Supplier shall mean Testfield UK Ltd T/A Neuro Testing Lab UK, the website, related third parties (including but not limited to web developers, service providers, and associates), and affiliated parties where applicable.

Customer shall mean the service user, purchaser, buyer, client, website visitor, or any third party acting on behalf of the customer for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

Service/Product shall mean any product or service supplied by the Supplier. Neuro Testing Lab UK acts as a provider and reseller of testing products and services. Test kits are supplied on behalf of laboratory partners including ZRT Laboratory, where laboratory testing and analysis services are performed by the respective laboratory.

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, policies, and applicable laws occurs by visiting, accessing, browsing, using, purchasing, or using products and services offered through Neuro Testing Lab UK and this website.

Neuro Testing Lab UK reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions or make changes to the website without prior notice. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of this website.

Availability of Products

We aim to provide accurate and reliable information regarding products, images, descriptions, pricing, statistics, and availability. However, we do not guarantee the availability of any specific product at all times.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if a specified product cannot be supplied. Where possible, if a replacement product is required, we will endeavour to provide an alternative product of equal or higher quality. If an alternative product has a higher price, the customer will not incur additional charges. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before making any substitution.

Occasionally, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur relating to product pricing, descriptions, promotional offers, specifications, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, update information, or cancel orders without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. Customers will be informed accordingly if this occurs.

Assignability

These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to any third party involved in the transfer or assignment of rights, interests, products, or services provided by Neuro Testing Lab UK.

Testing Products Offered Solely for Preliminary Screening Purposes

Products and services supplied through Neuro Testing Lab UK are not intended to provide legally admissible evidence for litigation, arbitration, court proceedings, or any other legal process.

All laboratory testing is performed by partner laboratories, including ZRT Laboratory where applicable, and is offered solely for wellness, preliminary screening, and informational purposes.

Following testing and receipt of results, we strongly advise customers to consult their General Practitioner (GP), physician, or qualified healthcare professional for professional medical advice and interpretation.
